Gratitude and appreciation are matters of the heart. The foundation of thanksgiving and praise is gratitude and appreciation that the gift received enough value…if any at all! You can feign thanksgiving and praise, but you cannot pretend to be grateful. Since it’s inward and cannot be faked, we need to find out how we can create genuine gratitude towards God and men.
